We provide free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination.

C.A.L.L. Helpline

Community Advice & Listening Line

Offers emotional support and information/literature on Mental Health and related matters to the people of Wales.

Anyone concerned about their own mental health or that of a relative or friend can access the service. C.A.L.L. Helpline offers a confidential listening and support service.


Our team provides information on a range of topics including:

  • - types of mental health problem
  • - where to get help
  • - medication and alternative treatments
  • - advocacy

NYAS Cymru

We provide confidential advocacy representation to vulnerable children and young people across Wales on behalf of local authorities

Debt Advice

Debt Advice Foundation is a registered national debt advice and education charity offering free, confidential support and advice to anyone worried about loans, credit and debt. Because we're a debt charity, you can be sure that the advice we provide is impartial and based solely on what is best for you.

If you have a debt problem, Debt Advice Foundation can help you understand which options are available to you and will recommend of your finances by:

  • - Reducing monthly repayments to a realistic and affordable level
  • - Stopping creditors taking enforcement action against you
  • - Protecting important assets such as your home


Conwy and Denbighshire Mental Health Advocacy Service works in partnership with the people it supports, takes their side and is committed to providing an efficient and effective advocacy service to all its clients.


Advocacy Services North East Wales provide independent advocacy primarily to residents of Flintshire and Wrexham.

We are able to work with anyone who feels that our service is one they need, with no requirement to be in mental health services or with a formal mental health diagnosis.

We work with adults, older people, younger people with dementia and carers.
